Supermill is a back office service for consumer product brands. It links a brand's orders, stock, cash and retailer claims from the systems the brand already runs, and each week tells the right person what to make, order and chase.

What Supermill does

One weekly view of what to make, order and chase

Consumer brands that sell through retailers, online and wholesale keep their numbers in many places: retailer orders and remittances, the warehouse, the accounting system and the online store. Supermill brings them together, checks them against the brand's own books and shows what needs doing this week.

It is run as a service. We set it up with each brand and run it alongside the brand's team, so it isn't one more system for them to manage. There is no public sign-up: brands start by talking to us. People at each client company sign in with their work Google or Microsoft account.

  • Orders and EDI

    Retailer purchase orders, despatch advices and invoices, followed from order to payment.

  • Stock

    What's on hand, on the way and likely to run short, across the warehouse, makers and retailers.

  • Cash

    Whether cash holds for the next 13 weeks, read from the brand's own books.

  • Claims

    Retailer deductions checked against the paperwork, so short payments can be claimed back.

Emails from Supermill

Service emails only, to people their company adds

We only send service emails, and only to people a client company has added to Supermill. We don't send marketing, and we don't add anyone their company hasn't added.

To stop these emails:

  • ask the person who manages Supermill at your company to take you off the list, or
  • email ops@supermill.ai from the address you want removed and we'll take it off.
